The different grades of white refined sugar produced are classified under the general categories of Coarse Granulated, Fine Granulated and Caster. These categories encompass the common grades that meet the needs of industrial markets such as PXX (Fine Granulated), and retail markets such as P1 (Coarse Granulated). In addition, Brown Sugar grades such as Soft Brown are also produced.
