The Directors hereby submit the annual report to the members together with the audited financial statements of the Group and
of the Company for the financial year ended 31 December 2020.

PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The principal activity of the Company is investment holding. The principal activities of the subsidiaries are set out in Note 20 to the
financial statements.
There has been no significant change in the nature of these activities of the Group and of the Company during the financial year.
