We, Datuk Syed Hisham Syed Wazir and Choy Khai Choon, two of the Directors of MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad, do hereby state
that, in the opinion of the Directors, the financial statements set out on pages 133 to 227 are drawn up so as to give a true and
fair view of the financial position of the Group and of the Company as at 31 December 2020 and of the financial performance and
cash flows of the Group and of the Company for the financial year ended in accordance with Malaysian Financial Reporting
Standards, International Financial Reporting Standards and the requirements of the Companies Act 2016 in Malaysia.
