Though MSM’s workforce within our refineries
tends to be male dominated, in light of factory,
machinery and work shift demands; we are on
a journey to balance out gender diversity at all
levels. In 2020, we recorded a 4.4:1 male to
female ratio at manager level compared to 4.3:1
