She has successfully operated in both operational and strategic capacities, driving transformative initiatives that significantly enhanced supply chain efficiency and resilience

Her notable accomplishments include spearheading greenfield start-up operations, integrating complex brownfield infrastructure projects, and leading enterprise-wide system solutions and capital investment programs—each contributing to measurable improvements in performance, scalability, and cost optimization. Azura has successfully led a landmark ASRS mega integration project, which has been recognized as a benchmark for the Southeast Asia region—demonstrating her capability in delivering high-impact, scalable solutions.

Throughout her career, she has managed large, complex operational teams across multi-site environments, consistently driving excellence in execution. Renowned for her strategic thinking, commitment to talent development, and strong leadership, Azura has led a leadership focus group for plant optimization and standardization across SEA.

Currently, she serves as the Head of Group Supply Chain at MSM Malaysia Holdings Berhad, where she plays a pivotal role in integrating Group Operations and Group Commercial functions to enhance enterprise-wide synergy and performance.
