Hadi brings over 14 years of experience across diverse sectors including food, construction, and banking, with expertise in strategic planning, corporate finance, investor relations, business development, performance delivery, and investment monitoring. His career began in the banking industry, where he held various positions at both local and international banks. His last role was as a Relationship Manager
in the Corporate & Investment Banking division of Al-Rajhi Banking Group. He then transitioned to the construction sector, taking on the role of Manager, Corporate Finance, where he was responsible for raising
project financing, driving business development, and leading corporate initiatives. 

In July 2018, Hadi joined MSM as Manager of Corporate Strategy, and in March 2021, he advanced to his current position as Head of Corporate Strategy and Investor Relations.
