His expertise in financial oversight led him to become the General Manager at Felda Trading Bhd, followed by his role as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) at Felda Iffco Sdn Bhd. Ab Aziz then joined FGV Trading Sdn Bhd as Senior General Manager for Support Services, before advancing to Group Financial Controller (Plantation Sector) at FGV Holdings Berhad.
