Vendor Registration
Welcome to MSM Group vendor registration site. All suppliers, including existing suppliers, interested in doing business with MSM Group must register their organisation online. This is to ensure an efficient and paperless registration process.
Suppliers should first search (www.msmsugar.com) to learn about MSM Group.

Following that process, suppliers must then register their organisation on the on-line Vendor Registration system managed by FGV Procurement site. Access the site at: https://edaftar.fgvholdings.com

Once the entry is reviewed and approved, the supplier shall be given a certificate of acknowledgement and registration validity period by FGV.

Send the successful certificate and supporting documents to procurement@msmsugar.com to complete your registration.

Suppliers may also view the tender notices available at www.msmsugar.com/procurement

The online system also enables the suppliers to manage and update their own details in the system.
